| Why cant i see/ hear the video players? | DT uses Windows Media for broadcasting audio & video. If you are using chrome or firefox then you will need to install the Window Media Player plugin. You can download the plugin from here (ignore the fact it says its for firefox as they use the same plugin): WMP Plugin If you are using Internet explorer then you need to check you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. If your WMP is up to date then you need to reset your browser settings via: Tool > Internet Options > Advance Tab > Reset. |
| How can i listen to DT on my smartphone? | We use tunein.com for listening to DT on your mobile.
Downloaded & install the Tune In app from your mobile app store. Please Note: The stream quality is 64-128kbps but remember this will be using your data allowance or incurring a charge from your mobile company. Can take a few moments before the stream starts. This is a 3rd party service therefore beyond our control - We only provide the music streams. |
